Meet our new recruits!

 

Tanya Walker – Business Systems Manager
Tanya is the driving force behind many of the systems and processes that keep our business running smoothly. She manages HR, including employee communications and staff support, coordinates internal operations, oversees our and leads initiatives focused on training, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

 

Charlie Lansdell – Marketing Intern
Charlie plays a key role in supporting our marketing and communications activities, applying the knowledge and skills she’s gained through her university studies to bring a fresh perspective to the business. She is always looking for new ways to help us engage with our audience and improve our brand presence.

 

Rob Johnson – Technical Sales Manager (North)
Rob joins the Impact Air Systems sales team, bringing with him extensive experience in the dust and fume control industry. His technical knowledge and consultative approach enable him to understand customers’ operational challenges and recommend practical, engineered solutions. Rob will be supporting customers across the North of the UK, helping businesses improve air quality, optimise performance and maximise operational efficiency.

 

Zak Isaat – Project Engineer
Zak has joined Impact Air Systems as a Project Engineer, where he plays a key role in delivering projects from design through to installation and commissioning. Working closely with our engineering, manufacturing and installation teams, Zak helps ensure every project is delivered to the highest standards, providing practical engineering solutions and maintaining clear communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
