To support today’s global drive to become greener and recycle more waste material, Impact Air Systems has developed a wide range of solutions to support the fully automated recovery of recyclable material from domestic and industrial waste streams, whether this be part of a new build facility or retro upgrading an existing facility.
We work with many industry sectors across the world, delivering recycling waste extraction and separation solutions. We offer technical expertise with over 30 years of experience to provide an effective performance and cost effective solution to your waste needs.
If you process or separate recyclable materials, let us demonstrate how our recycling solutions can remove dust and fibres and recover glass, plastic, metal and other valuable materials from the waste stream.
Solutions for Waste Managers
Waste managers regularly visit our material testing facility in Leicester to discover ways to separate their waste to ensure recyclable materials are recovered. By using air separation technology, the waste managers we work with can increase revenue and minimise disposal costs – the majority have also seen a reduction in their Loss on Ignition (LOI) costs, making them liable for the lower tax amount.
The Test Facility at Impact has been designed so customers can bring a sizeable sample and see the results for themselves, providing a ‘try before you buy’ option.
Waste operators are continually impressed with the results of the density separation process and the fast return on investment, with many seeing a return within just a few months.
Paul Lock, Managing Director of Hadley’s Recycling and Waste Management commented on how his LOI rate has been reduced and his satisfaction of the system: “We are so pleased with the reduced LOI rate of just 6% we now get from our material and it’s all down to the efficient waste separation Impact’s ZAC. I highly recommend this system to all waste operators”.
We pride ourselves in delivering a bespoke system to work within any facility. Contact our technical sales team to discuss your requirements.
